Searching for an asset

A few years back, like 5 or more, there was an asset pack of some large petroleum storage tanks like what would be seen at a refinery. Does anyone remember who released these? They don't appear to be in the File Library and I don't remember if they were part of a route or not. Thank you in advance and any help would be appreciated.
