A friend of mine bought Sherman Hill this evening(it's 55% off!!!!) and he got the Turbine. I've had the route for over 2 years now so I was wondering if I uninstalled and reinstalled the route would the Turbine engine install?

No, it was part of the PAID version of the TS2016 Upgrade. It has scenarios for Sherman Hill, but is not part of the Sherman Hill DLC

Sherman Hill is still full price on Steam and so is TS2016, so where did he get it from ? He wouldn't of got the Turbine with just Sherman Hill as the only way you can get it is by buying TS2016 Steam Edition.

The only 2 DLC that have been at 55% off over the last few days are the Dash 7 and the new German Shunter. Did he get it from Steam ? I look at the Steam DLC a couple of times a day for discounted DLC and haven't seen Sherman Hill for sale. The last sale was the Thanks Giving/Black Friday one and he most likely got Sherman Hill then, but as I have said without the Turbine. How about getting the full facts ?
