NS Heritage Unit Horn File Setup

One thing I have noticed with the NS Heritage GEVO add-on(as well as CSX, NSCD and CP GEVOs) have got 2 sets of horns. I see K5HLM and K5HLL and they each got different proxyxmls. Why is this? Does it have to do with creating the horn sound in-game?
A single track mind without proper signalling is a mind bound to derail.

Because you need two different xmls to be set up for two different horns for different engines.
