Anyone here know how to set up a template like Hawk did for the Routes Overview forum? He had it set up so there was a poll and an itemized description list set up, where you filled in the blanks. It is also set up where the people can vote on the poll but not reply to the post. Whatever he did is gone as the last few entries are not formatted that way.
