"Haulin' USA" is probably the best deal if you don't have that "stuff" already. Sherman Hill, Horseshoe Curve, that UP SD70ACe's Heritage pack (one of my favorite engine packs) the PRR K4 and the US asset pack. 30 bucks is a steal.

Then the Independence Pack, then the Big Boy/ Challenger/ Sherman Hill pack. I've already had all that stuff for a while now, and unless I just absolutely, positively MUST have it NOW!!!, I wait for a sale or bundle deal.
