How to add Headlight Flares to Ditchlights on Locomotives?

Seeing the Headlights on the Pacific Surfliner Locomotives (F59PHI, Cabcar), have headlight flares on the Main Headlight and Ditchlights, but some DLC like the H2 ES44DC only have the Flares on the Main Headlight and not Ditchlights, how do I add them to the ditchlights so all the lights are visible?
