Weather Pattern Blueprints

so i saw this how to make your Weather Pattern Blueprints on railsimulator.com http://railworkswiki.com/tiki-index.php ... Blueprints. but this was back in railworks with blueprint editor1. i try doing this in new blueprint editor 2 but no such luck. so i guessing this page is pretty useless?
