Next release of Sparks/Reno

Hi! I've had several PMs about how the route is coming along, so I thought I would post.

V1.6 will have most of the assets in place as far west as Verdi-Mogul (5 miles west of Reno) as I work towards Truckee. I've just finished Reno, so this new version should be available in another week to ten days.
