So there are 2 MC&SA now?

BTW if you want scenarios for the MC&SA 1920s, get FooteForward's excellent series here. Nicely written with a touch of humor. The crabby conductor in his caboose is worth the detour.

It is interesting to see modern features such as an highway where there was none before.

I'm confused because my MC&SA 1920s route has a modern-looking crane for loading logs at Log Spur in Camden, but the modern version has no crane at all. Is it no longer possible to load/unload log cars there?

Being retired, I have quite a bit of free time available . . . and I'd be happy to sell you some.

Well I also have the urge to part with my money, but the bank has a way to quell my urges...

I got the "FooteForward_R&WA_Railroad" scenarios pack for MC&SA 1920s route from the RWA Library link above. I installed it only to discovered that I need the following missing assets: RWA_MS F7 A-B unit; RWA wooden Caboose; RWA_MS ACF Chair Car Coach. Where can I find them? These are no longer offered on the Donations Page.

Buzz

Thanks for the encouragement. All three items are in the RWA Library, just as you said. I had to use a little "elbow grease" to find them. They were in a huge search listing using "GreatNortherner" as search keyword.

Just thought I'd add that the original version of this route included an MC&SA repaint of Dick Cowan's SW1200 switcher. That repaint is still available here in the RWA File Library, while Dick's original model and its update can be bought at http://www.dickyjim.com/diesel.html .

This unit looks great on the route, naturally.

The diagram is available in the download section. Would like to ask anyone who also has the Workshop version to look it over and take screen shots of the differences from the route map view. I'll then do a version for that route. I think the difference is in the engine house area.

Thanks,
Trevor

I could give a shot tomorrow since I won't be out chasing trains like I normally do. Which versions of the GP20 and 44 tonner do you have?

Sorry for going off topic a bit, time to get back to the route!

Other than when a local is involved, I can't recall ever making a scenario with a mainline train of "30" cars -- most are 60+ to match the tonnage capability of a reasonable/realistic lash-up of units to route track speed. But I guess it makes for a good story, if inaccurate.

Sorry for missing this.
I have the SP GP20, the PRR GE44t and the B&M GE44t.
But it doesn't matter as I can easily swap them out with RW-Tools.
