F59PH & ES44DC Headlights

I love the headlights in the F59PH & BNSF ES44DC models. I was wondering if those light files can be copied and moved to replace the unrealistic looking lights in other locomotives?

Yes, by editing the blueprints and copying a few files.
It takes a lot of time though, it's a trial-and-error process.
