How do you get workshop content on your game?

I am new to Steam and Railworks and have a questions regarding the Workshop scenarios that are shown on the site.

I have subscribed to a few, but none of them show up in my directory. How do you download them from the workshop from Steam to your game. Also, some of the scenarios listed in the workshop don't say what components are needed. Is there a notice that says what is missing at some point?

Any help is great.

when you start the game click collections, then click on the workshop collections on the bottom right of the screen
