US/NA routes for passenger activities?

Hi everyone, I'm new around here.

Anyway.. as the title pretty much says lol, I'm just wondering if there are some great US/NA routes (can be payware, doesn't matter) with some actual stations and stuff? I've been looking and trying but they all seem to be freight. I love that, but both would be cool.

New routes and stuff are in the works. Read the forum and see that new creations are coming in all the time. As time goes by we are getting more and more. But you are correct there is not a lot of passenger routes yet.

Well, Ohio's Dover Division add-on is cool (Freight only, though) This is real actual railroad featuring Norfolk southern trains. If you have the Steam version, you can go to the downloadable content. Costs about 20 bucks, but its well worth it. Has numerous included scenarios. If you dont have Steam, you can also get this I believe at railsimulator.com. Its made by Allaboard. Another US route is Kent to Eagle Lake. Its an east coast rail that I think runs thru Maine..I dont have this one, so I cant recommend it either way..not sure if its freight and/or passenger.

I own Kent to Eagle Lake and its a very nice freight route. I don't own the Ohio one, so I couldn't compare them.

i have both and they are both great. they are both mainly freight operations, but you can do passenger operations at fort kent to eagle lake route.

Like Kinnie said, there aren't too many North American passenger scenarios. There are a few in the Barstow to San Bernadino route, and if you get the Challenger DLC, you get a few more passenger scenarios. Rich Garber's routes are mostly freight, with a few passenger scenarios thrown in. I recommend them all; Rascal & Cottonwood, Colton & Northern, Fort Kent to Eagle Lake, and Ohio Steel. I'm sure there are more NA passenger scenarios coming up. Railworks is just starting to grow, with more independent users making their own routes, scenarios and rolling stock every day seems like. Stick around, driver!

If you dont have Steam, you can also get this I believe at railsimulator.com.

Just to clarify: if you got Railworks, you need to have Steam and run RW through it. There is no way around.

CSX Mainline (available for download here) would provide you with a nice passenger line, unfortunately there are no scenarios delivered with it, so you'd need to make your own.

Has anyone of you noticed that RS.com is developing the NEC from NY to Philadelphia?
Just wanted to outline that because that's the ultimative US passenger route.
