Amtrack505's Exiting Scene

Unread postby amtrack505 » Mon Oct 07, 2013 1:34 am

Sadly I’ve gotten tired of railworks, with their updates that crash everything, the weird and random crashes I have. I'm just kinda done with it.

Before (back in 2011-early 2013) I had nothing to do, I was young, now since I’m in high school I've started to move on, be more social in a way. I've just been finding less and less time on the computer. Its been great, i love this place. I've seen this place grow to what it has grown to be. Friendly people and great workers! I've seen what people can do and I tried to follow in their footsteps, I did well, my work was mediocre at first but I kept at it, I got better and faster, soon I could crank out a good repaint from scratch in 2 hours. Then I took on the Mojave Sub, my hometown Bakersfield, it was a big project and I knew, I just didn't know how big it really was. Then I took on this, to add some assets to the route and give the RWA community a voice, this and the route is what burnt me out.

This is a great community its one that I will remember for a long time, from the content creators all the way to the admins everyone here is nice and ready to help. In my time here I’ve seen some new creators thrive, famous ones fall, and very good creations made. While I may leave I bet I won’t be forgotten, I won’t stay gone ether, ill pop in from time to time to see what has been happening and help out. I'll watch this forum and see its progress and livelihood, this website has a big future! Now after my !!jabber!! it’s my time to say goodbye, Hawk, Papa, Buzz, Hack, everyone, it has been a pleasure being a part of the community.

Goodbye one and all, it has been a fun ride, and everyone of you helped me get to where I am now *!!thnx!!* and goodnight.
Waiting for the next train back to Railworks!
On my way back to these forums!

No, you won't be forgotten. Far from it, with all your great contributions. I understand about just starting High School, it's pretty daunting to say the least (yes, I do remember well *!!wink!!* ) It's a lot of work to get the grades you need if you plan on college. And I definately know your frustration with TS/ RW/et al. !*hp*!

Best of luck to you at school and beyond. and, please, do pop in now and again, we need someone to keep us old farts in line. !*roll-laugh*!

Yeah when you reach old age you learn to let go of things.

Frankly that is the best move a young guy can do. Get out there and have fun.
!*cheers*!

Also girls. Better than trains, although more expensive.

Best to you in all you do, and like I said; your repaints are some of the best out there. Thanks for everything.
