Amtrak California P42

is there a special repainted version of the p42 for the amtrack california passenger coaches that we have in the library or is it just the original p42?

i guess so, my knowledge of amtrak eludes me. i just like the paint of the amtrakk on the coaches, so if it matches, then yes?

I've never seen a p42 in those colours. The Amtrak California sets normally run with F59PHs or P32-8s I think. Maybe someone a bit more local than me can confirm

They also use the 42's. I watch them daily on the way to and from work.

this is where my good source google. and my local rail lines fail me.
