Feature request thread

If you have a specific idea on what would you like to see in future versions please post here.

Give as much details as you can:
- what do you want to achieve
- how it should behave, including specific use cases
- colors/position in case of UI improvements

So, I bought the GP20 (advanced). Apparently, instead of a dynamic brake lever there is a selector to be set from 'B' to Off/1/2/3/4.

What I would like is for TS helper to automaticly use the lever I normally use for dynamicbrake be used for that selector lever. It's a spring-lever by default, and I managed to get it detected and 'working' up to the point where my axis moves the selector indicator to the desired value, but naturally because it's a spring it won't stick and will return to 'off' *!sad!*

Edit: Well, now I have it working on some sort of switch on my Warthog that is seen as one of the axes. It always bounces back to the middle, so I can at least go +1 and -1 on the selector.

Long time since I drove GP20. The selector lever is kinda difficult to do with a physical lever as you noticed the loco will bounce it back immediately. I never tried to do that. I used keys (mapped to a throttle) to do that. I'm afraid I don't have any idea how to handle such levers reliably.

Well, I've made it detect the VirtualSelector and linked it to a HAT-switch wich is actually seen as X/Y axis. Works like a charm !*YAAA*!
