Which loco is this?

I spotted this download in the UKTrainsims library. The thing that interested me about it is the locomotive! I've never seen this train before.
Looking through the documentation it says it is the "Consolidation", but it most certainly is not. Does anyone have an idea what it is?

The old IHH UP 2-8-0 that came with the original Big Boy pack?

Also, if it's a 2-8-0 then it most certainly is a Consolidation class locomotive.

Isn't it included in the RSC Big Boy pack, when RSC took over the now defunct IHH portfolio? There were also some flatcars with WW II Sherman tanks loads.

I remember someone saying that they stopped including it in the BigBoy pack after the other "much better IMHO" 2-8-0 was released. If you have an old back-up of the IHH BigBoy pack then you get from there.
