Installing again

Hi,
I have a doubt that i want to clarify. I have purchased TS2015 from steam. But i may get a new PC some time later, and want to know if i will be able to download it again to my new PC. or do i have to purchase it again. Sorry, if this is the wrong thread. And thanks for any answer

Yes it will.
Just install the Steam client on the new PC.

I hope that the OP doesn't mind my taking this discussion on to a different track momentarily (since his question has been answered).

On my computer, TS is currently installed on the C drive, which currently has 422 of 917 GB free. My system includes other drives with a lot more available real estate, including an external Seagate with 2.6 of 2.72 TB free. Would transferring TS (and, of course, Steam) to that larger drive be likely to increase fps without doing anything else? Also, is making such a move likely to pose any problems with my Steam account?

Assuming you are keeping your present drive (if it's not a SST) de-fragmented properly the answer is no. In fact because of information transfer speed rates from a external drive it might just slow things down.
