Installing Workshop Scenarios

Has anyone figured out how to install Workshop Scenarios under TS2015? The old "Collections" tab seems to be missing and although I have clicked "subscribe" on the activity (in this case it the new Marshaling at Delta yard) I can't get it to show up in game.

You have to go into your profile then click on the workshop tab
