Steam Summer Sale Starts Today

Unread postby FHRob » Thu Jun 11, 2015 1:27 pm

I looked at the sale, and everything is 50% or more off, except Soldier Summit, which is 33% off. !!*ok*!!

Before you buy anything, make sure to look at the package deals. Train Simulator 2015: Summer Edition has 13 items, including several routes, and costs only $27.49. Horseshoe Curve is 75% off, now selling for $7.49.

When I see this kind of package deal, it almost seems like the proverbial "fire sale." I have no idea how they figure out if a specific product has made a profit or not. !*don-know!*

In any case, enjoy your shopping. I'm going to buy the FL-9 and P30CH.

Some locos, such as the Peppercorn A2, are only 335 off.

Mine are all 50% off (and that's a real bargain, even if I say so myself).

Yes it is, especially as the older the route, the more workshop scenarios it tends to have, making its value increase with age!

When you list all DLC for TS2015, the Epic Journeys package doesn't show up. It is considered a different game. Just search the Store. It is also on sale at 33%.

I saw that too. Im assuming you can buy it as a stand alone route? On the DLC list it comes up as its own route:

I blew some money on the P30CH and Miami-WPB. Was looking forward to the Viewliners only to see theres no inside view.

I reviewed the entire DLC menu and saw the NEC New York-New Haven route for $5.99. Added it to my cart and went to checkout and it was listed at $14.99. Went all the way just prior to clicking the "Place Order" button and it was still listed at $14.99. Cancelled the order. Any thoughts?

I can assume that you placed New York-New Haven in your cart; you need to buy the TS15 Standard Edition Package in order to get the greater discount.
