The only one that I have noticed is a missing signal bridge between Howarth Park and Mukilteo. Where are the ones you're describing?

I have had this same problem and I believe it has to do with your graphics settings. There are two options, one for scenery density and one for scenery quality. Depending on your system you may have to turn scenery quality down a bit for smoother oporating but the scenery density must be set to full. Anything less than max and certain scenery items will not be visible to aid in system performance. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. !*cheers*!

What Ryan said is true. What many do not know is this, when in the editor, double click on the asset that disappears and set it's detail level to 10. That will make sure it shows up at all times.
