Applying sounds from Rail Vehicle to another

Hey guys, I have the Pacific Surfliner cab car, and the Coaster "San Diego Commuter" cab car. The quillable K5LA on the coaster is pretty dern good, and I want to apply it to the surf cab car. Is there a way to do this? I tried copying the .davs into the Surf Calicar folder and making the necessary changes in the horncontrolproxy.xml but in the Coaster version there are way more entries than the surf calicar.

Is there a way to have the Surf aliased to the coaster sounds?

Sure, go into the engine bin file for cab car. I think it's called the Driving Trailer or some such nonsense, open the bin folder and find the horn section under the child name section. Just change the F59PHPack01 to F59Coaster and it should be using that from now on. Don't forget all this needs to be extracted from the .ap and the file you are changing IE the F59PH bin needs to be a read write to change it.
