Need advice on what to store

If you store everything, then select all of your NAmerican routes and unstore them, in theory at least the program should unstore all the assets associated with each route.
Before trying this, I would make sure you have backups of both the Assets and the Content folders, preferably on a plug-in USB drive, just in case it all goes wrong.
