Got New Computer and Cant re download the route

yes i recently Purchased a new Gaming Laptop the Asus Republic Of Gamers new model and i wanted to re download this Route and i dont seem to be able to is there a reason for this??? and is there anyway i can re download this

I re-purchased the route a while back and then lost the email, now I can't get the route back.
