Didn't work with setting change. Clear blueprint cache?

The problem has been isolated. Many thanks to Wayne Campbell.

The PM Berk package has some stray external references to files in the RW&A route itself. If you did not buy the RW&A route you won't have those files. I prepared a new package for testing. If you are having problems with the Berk, please download and install this package: http://www.gtraxsims.com/downloads_public/RWA_Lakeside_Berkshire_29-07-14.zip

Whether the Berk locomotive is displayed in the game or not, please report here if you are also not getting one or more of the following: audio, lights or particle effects.

Once we are satisfied that the Berk will work for all users, I will pass the revised package along to Bob and place another notice here.

Couldn't hurt. From the main menu screen in TS2014, go to Settings, then Clear Cache.

This has nothing to do with "clearing the cache" which is for Steam DLC. Wayne found there were still some external refs to the RW&A lights. Try the attached Zip. It has two files, namely the blueprint (.bin) files for the loco and tender. Hopefully, these now have the correct refs to the lights. Just overwrite the blueprints you currently have and see if that cures the problem. If you don't know how to do this then you'll have to wait for the formal upload.

Rick isn't able to replicate the problem which makes it difficult for him to do fixes on the package. Unfortunately, there are still some missing dependencies in Rick's PM_Berk_Test.zip.

Try installing the attached files:

RWA_Lakeside_Berkshire_30-07-14 - Fix Candidate.zip

on top of Rick's 29-07-14 fix candidate.

Should I install all previous versions? Because mine doesn't seem to want to work. No loco model. !*don-know!*

Have you thought about buying the RWA route and see if that fixes your problem?

It worked for me. Just download the RWA_Lakeside_Berkshire_30-07-14 - Fix Candidate.zip file and install it on top of Rick's 29-07-14 fix candidate. Thanks for fixing it by the way. It would have been easier for me to just buy the route, but I know a route that looks that good wouldn't run well on my computer. I'm gonna get it after I buy a new computer.

Install Rick's 29-07-14 Fix Candidate:

http://www.gtraxsims.com/downloads_public/RWA_Lakeside_Berkshire_29-07-14.zip

and then manually copy the files from my update zip into your asset folder overwriting the ones that are there :

You would be pleasantly surprised at how easy this route is on resources.

The fix is good. Its worked for Railfan587 and others who have had this problem. I am pretty sure the problem is at your end now. Follow my instructions above. Get some help if needed to be sure you are putting the files in the right place. And it should all work.
