Great, I've been a fan of the SW1 since I bought a Walthers HO model nearly 40 years ago. Ideal for many of Jack (goddraug)'s lines.

I got it and so far quite impressed. Did B&O ever have a blue that was that shade?

Yes, early on a number of the switchers were this lighter blue.

Not all of the SW1s were built at LaGrange; over 200 were built at EMD's No. 3 plant in Cleveland.

Eric Hirsamaki wrote a good article on EMD's Cleveland Plant for Classic Trains in 2006 that includes photos of SW1s under production: https://utahrails.net/pdf/Hirsimaki_EMD-Cleveland_Diesel-Victory_2006.pdf

Loving this locomotive. The only thing that I have found wrong is very minor. The "On Screen" control for the independent locomotive brake doesn't work. In the cab the lever works, and the keyboard controls do, just the screen control doesn't. I personally like using it while switch, and that's how I found it. Still....one great model!

The independent brake lever works with the Raildriver.

So basically only the on screen one, using the mouse doesn't work. I am sure that they will update it.

In my opinion the SW1 is the best switcher since Dogmouse's S2 and only second to the S2 because of the ease of repainting the S2. It's by a long way the best "toy" I've had for a long time.
Can we have Rock Island, CB&Q & MILW versions please.

This thing is a beast to paint. Little bits and pieces all over the template.

That's why I hope Reppo do some other liveries. I took a look had a go and told myself to behave and let the big boys try. !*roll-laugh*!
