Just released the the CN version of the Century 424 diesel to go with the previous releases of the BN, EL, PC, GBW, Wabash, and NW versions.
Nicely done. Good sounds. IMHO to me the only bother is the exhaust smoke when moving in notch 1, it looks like the puff puff of older KUJU units instead of a steady stream of smoke.
The prices are comparable to the past releases.

In TS a realistic smoke cannot be realized with only one emitter.
I don't understand why they don't care about this issue. You and I are certainly not the only ones who have noticed it.
I pointed it out to them about a year ago. I didn't get an answer.

I think smoke takes tons of resources, that is probably why it vanishes way way way too fast
That screeshot still looks great though.

Sorry, I must say. you have no idea - virtualrailroads use up to 5 emitters. See their ALCo and Ludmilla.

I do agree. !!*ok*!! Particles is a story of a lot of emitters in the same spot and even of scripting on how these particles work synchronized with the engine.
Most of the loco designer's that parade in DTG don´t have a clue on how make those properly work. It´s the same story with engine sounds and horns. !*not-ok*!
