Most of different free skins are made for NS bundle. Could they be applied to UP and BNSF bundles? Are they interchangable?

Yes these could be applied with slight modifications for specific details as I have done with my own repaints. The NS model has different trucks, a rear end plow and a load of other objects not applied to the other models so knowledge is needed when working on these models.
