Cheers.

Errrr, no, to search I did a copy and paste from Ian's blog, that's how he has it written, plural instead of singular, I'll go and double check immediately.

EDIT: *!!thnx!!* *!!thnx!!* *!!thnx!!* *!!thnx!!*

I have 5 bin files present, I wonder how these little devils got installed, anyway, all sorted now, many thanks, I can gain access to the map.

Incidentally, in answer to your missing assets query, did you download the folder from Ian's blog site that says SEATTLE_FIX, there are 5 rwp's packed inside it, you want the first one that says install_1st.rwp, you'll find all the car park bins in the vehicles folder.

*!!thnx!!* ...You were correct. Apparently I had downloaded all the required files but for some reason had missed that one and another. Maybe the 2nd one just over writ existing files as RW_Tools did not show any others as missing.
Anyway, all is good...no missing files, the grey shimmering shadows are gone and I completed a scenario I built to run the SD80mac.

Again, many thanks... !*cheers*!

Or can someone make a few for The BNSF Seattle Subdivision?
Thanks for your work !!*ok*!!

I finally got around to picking this up and was a bit surprised to see the lack of scenarios for it on RWA. I've gotten a bit bogged down with some long hours at work, but I'll probably be trying to create a few things for my own use, and I'm not typically adverse to packaging and putting them up to share Are there any route particularities or gotchas that I should try to avoid when I start tackling this?

This is great news. An Amtrak run from King St. Station to Tacoma would be fantastic. Along the way, many oncoming freights, yards and sidings full of stock.
I've made a few scenarios for myself, but not quite up to the quality of the experts, so any new ones would be most welcomed. Look forward to your creations. !*salute*!

Good luck, I bought it a while back and discovered the signaling has some major problems. I started to write some scenarios but gave up.

Sorry don't remember that was 6 months ago when I bought it, but where ever I was, they were all not placed correctly. Was going to ask you if you wanted help fixing them to make an update with. I got the background. Also did them on the Surfliner route for RSC, check the credits.

that would be great because I never really understood how they worked to begin with I was shocked that they were turning green and red etc... at all to be honest.

Does anybody know how to delete these files to get this route to work?

Just open your Railworks folder and type 'pontrack' in the search box. There are several that will appear when you install the Seattle Freeware Assets file. Select them and delete them, then you're good to go.

Having a bit of trouble.

I ran into the pontrack crash so I searched and deleted those files, iirc I had six of them.

Restarted and loaded the first scenario on the list, "Incoming Freight pt1 freeware repair" which failed to load the following assets:
BNSF GP-38-2
Covered Hopper BNSF4
Covered Hopper UP
Flatcar BF 65ft SOO Load 1

I downloaded and installed the route, route fix, scenario fix, and freeware asset files in the proper order afaik.

eta ~ hmm, another scenario and it can't load GP60_ATSF and some double stacks

A lot of the scenarios included with that route use repaints available at the Digirails site. I eventually found them all but only because I downloaded pretty much everything from Digirails and did some exploring of all the .zip and .rar files from those downloads.

The covered hoppers you're missing are in the Centerflow Hoppers Pack 1 file and are repaints of the 'default" Kuju centerflow hopper. I think the flatcar is in the Flatcar Bulkhead section and the file name is RW Bulfhead Flat.zip.

The GP38-2 could either be the Justin Cornell version (available at Digirails) or it could be the DTG payware version. I couldn't determine which.
Either way, if you're not registered at Digirails I would recommend it. There is a large variety of quality repaints of rolling stock and locomotives.

The only issue I now have is that when I load some scenarios I now have invisible trains (except for couplers showing) but I think that's related to the 'default' stock now being stuck inside one of those .ap folders.

One other suggestion - Get RW Tools and use the Edit Scenario option to check for missing stock. It is a great way to find the exact folder path and file name of what you're missing.

Very few scenarios worked for me as well. More were promised, but never materialized. The couple that did work where fantastic. It still remains to be one of my favorite routes, with lots to explore. An excellent representation of the area. !!*ok*!!
