Serz not working

Serz not working

I’m trying to install searchlight simulations horns onto other locos. Whenever I try to convert a BIN file to an XML using serz, I get an error saying “The code execution cannot be processed because MSVCP100.dll was not found”. Idk if there is a way around this or not (I’m using TrainSimUSA’s tutorial as a reference). Any help?
