So about 3 months ago I got a file from the RWA Library, (you can see it here) http://railworksamerica.com/index.php/d ... =25:sounds
But it ended up canceling all my sounds for a horn and bell.
Could there be something wrong with the .bin files or the proxy files? I seem to have hit a wall trying to fix it.
