Sometimes in audacity, when I select mono creating horn files but in game they have no doppler effect even though audacity says they are in a mono. Is there a way to fix this?

Maybe you forgot to replace and export the horn files.

I download the video as mp3 then open in audacity and break them up into start, loop, and end then export each file individually.

Do you export them as an mp3 file? This might be the case. I usually convert videos to wav so it's already in wav when the horn files are ready to be made.

I export as wav. I drag the mp3 over audacity on my desktop then once I separate the horn recording to use I export it and save it as a wav file.

That's strange. I'm not sure what else could be the problem.
