Can't Modify?

I have just gotten used to on changing train horns and engine sounds. Now my only question is, How do people like FanRailer change the horns on these new add-ons such as the FL9 putting a Hancock air horn. When I try to change the horns, there is no audio folder. Just the blueprint PAK file and the Assests AP file. Anyone here know how to get into the correct file or even create a sound folder? Help much appreciated.

They are in the .AP file you found. A lot of the newer stuff and some of the older stuff has been packaged into .AP files. You can extract them with winzip, WinRAR or 7zip.

Thank you very much. Feel a little embarrassed about not knowing this simple thing I could've thought of.

Keep in mind that it's better to not change files Inside the .ap archive.
When a file is extracted from the .ap file, the game will automatically use it instead of the one in the .ap file.
So you just need to modify the extracted files.
Should you mess up, deleting those files will bring the game back to normal.
