Unread postby aksingha » Thu Nov 06, 2014 1:48 pm

Hi,
I am making some diesel locomotives and it might get competed in the next 3-4 months. But i do not have sound for 2 of the locos. So, how will i record the sound of chugging at different notches. What equipments will it require to get clear and professional sound like the Default loco in RW have. Someone Please suggest me, if you have any experience with sound recording for Loco. Thank you

For cheap, I started out using a Tascam DR-05 with a windscreen. You'll need a long monopod or boom to hold the mic where you want it, though.
