Wasatch Big Boy whistle on old challenger and big boy models?

Is there a way to use the new whistle used on the Big Boy and Challenger whistle in the Wasatch DLC on the old Big Boy and Challenger? If so, can someone please walk me through how to do this. Just getting in to modding and so not too familiar with some things!

right above where you posted this question is a tutorial about adding horns to locomotives. The guide will tell how to do what you want but you may have to substitute the paths in the guide for the paths that lead to the newer bigboy and challenger whistles.
