SD70pack03 3rd party addons and loco sounds questions

I have added a few 3rd party addons to the above mentioned RSC loco pack. The 3rd party bnsf h3 and h2 repaints as well as the default sd70 are all working good, using the recently released searchlight signal sounds. I just installed the huge 3rd party US_bnsf_sd70mac_02_MZ file. But every loco in this pack is having sound issues. When I first start a scenario with any loco from this pack, I get an initial idle sound, and then all prime mover sounds fade away. Horn and all other sounds work. If I move the throttle, I get the idle sound briefly, but no other prime mover sounds beyond idle in any throttle position. Being still relatively new to Trainsimulator and it's nuances, I am not sure what the issue is, and am wondering if some of you more experienced users have come across this with 3rd party loco addons. Again all three packs I mention here, install into the SD70pack03 file.

I would love to talk to someone that has successfully aliased the Searchlight soundpacks to other locos that are not covered by the various sound packs. I own all 4 sound packs, and unfortunately they do not cover the whole range of the dlc content that they cover. I want ALL my DLC locos to rock with the proper sounds. MSTS sound aliasing was easy. I've searched here, but most posts cover the old sounds, and when I have looked into the MLW sound files, I am not seeing what I need to use to alias. Also, many of the alias topics in the various forums go so far off topic, that most of them really do not answer the OP's alias questioning.

So if anyone has successfully aliased the 4 mlw sound packs, I would like to talk to you and figure this all out.
