Quill Request

After making a nice horn for the RSC F40PH add-on, I thought about adding a quill to the locomotive. Not knowing how to do such a thing, I wanted to turn to the forum to ask if anyone with experience can add, to the proxyxml, coding that would allow someone to add their own quill audio to the locomotive. Is that something that someone here could possibly do for me and/or the community?
