Track sound application (curves, joints, etc.)

Just a quick question, for all of you that might know... is there anyway for me to possibly add different sounds to track lofts? I was making a tight curve on a route of mine and was just thinking of a loud screeching noise and how awesome it would be in the simulator, I don't know if this is possible but it must be a slow moving train. Not sure if it has to be the engine and freight cars that need the modding or the track. same question with junction sounds...

From my limited understanding of it, rail joint sounds and screeching can be programmed into the bogie sounds of the rail vehicle. The click-clack sounds are set to trigger when the vehicle crosses a rail joint. The rail-screech can be set to trigger when the vehicle rounds a section of track above a certain amount of curvature.
