1) The whistle update is the same by Brian Meyers (b737lvr) from December 2012, with a suitable proxy to be able to work with the new Big Boy. For this file, Brian Meyers has full credit (I only provide the renamed and edited proxy). I have obtained the authorization from the administration to upload it.
2) The bell update uses a nice bronze bell sound by John Gori (JohnTrainHead) that he provided in his package "Mechanical Bell Pack", with the permission of the author. I am only providing the two proxy files. It has already been uploaded and should be available very soon.
The two files are very easy to install as .RWP and are the closest sounds to the real Big Boy that are available for TS2016.

A couple days ago I realized that none of the applications is working with the latest update of the Big Boy released on November 16th.
because the proxys names were changed by DTG. What you are hearing are the bell and whistle that come with the new update.In the meanwhile avoid downloading:

Yesterday I have asked RWA to remove both files from the Library via email to Bob Artim (if Buzz or any other one controlling the web site can do that, please proceed.....)
I already have valid files working in my Big Boy and I will pack and upload them again with instructions of what to remove.
