Delete the misspelled one.
Yes to #2.
No to #3. If you want to go back to default, just verify cache, and presto, your back to default.

Thanks for the feedback. Installed the latest patch and everything's working just great. Looks like in order to keep your great sounds whenever a verify integrity is required or DTG/Steam fire off some sort of update a 2-clickz will be required.
