Can change the scenario from Free-roam to Standard?

I am wondering if that will be a possibility to change the scenario from Free-roam to Standard in your program RW_Tools. Or not possible. I did look for more information about this but all I see is about changing the scenario from Career to Standard but not with Free-roam in your program.
