RS-1 Development

Unread postby ricksan » Wed Jan 15, 2014 11:42 am

This thread is for anything pertaining to the RS-1 locomotive including technical information and progress shots. A separate thread exclusively for audio development will be started later.

Here's the proposed RW&A logo. Thoughts?

Very nice! Personally I might get rid of the 1914. The rest of the logo is already pretty full without it :-)

Thats cause you are new here. You need 2 posts before attaching or PMing anyone. Thats called SPAM Protection. That was your second post so you should be able to attach a pic now.

Very nice, but I think the '&' isn't necessary.

Also, isn't your font for 'RWA' from the 1960s or 1970s?

I think the first one is perfect! I've got a friend next door from Michigan, and she said the iron mines are on the "UP" Upper Peninsula. *!greengrin!*

If you're doing the road name on the hood as well, I was thinking Black font with gold edges.

Ricks logo might look good with black filling in the circles around the font, but it's really nice as is.

No offense, Mr. Foss (you're still the best map-maker!), but I prefer Mr. Grout's logo.
