Lakeside and its patches/updates

If/when i donate to receive this route, is it updated to present snuff or will it require additional patches installed after route installation?

So ive got the route now, which is flawless... but when i try to add the Pere rwp it says ive already got those assets installed. Cant seem to locate in game though

Assuming you're talking about the Pere Marquette Berkshire. It should be under RWA in the pullout, and named Pere Marquette Berk and Pere Marquette Tender in the locomotive menu.

Ive not done that yet.
I did see mention of 3 scenarios w it so thats what i looked for and didnt see
