Just had time for a quick run last night (first section of The Milk Run). From what I've seen so far, lovely route well done and perfectly complemented by the Alco and assorted rolling stock. Working out at £9.26 (GBP) it's a real bargain and should give hours of pleasure. I have a feeling the route will also be ideally suited to giving the GWR Steam Railmotor an outing - if I get time to put together a scenario I'll consider uploading it.

I finally got some time to try out the Lakeside route and all I can say is wow.

This route for me fills the gap that was left when Rich Garber stopped producing routes. I like shorter routes with lots of switching / local opportunity. Fort Kent is probably one of my favourites because it was short and had so much opportunity for local service and switching. The Lakeside line fits into the same category in my opinion.

The attention to detail is superb. Excellent bang for the buck (I have already spent more time on the Lakeside Route than I have on many routes I paid $40 for). Well done to everyone involved and I hope that there will be more scenarios produced for this excellent little route.

Keep an eye on the library. There were several scenarios posted over the week end and more coming as soon as they get thru beta.

Yes - I have already gotten the 8 or so that became available last week. I hope that people will be interested in continuing to produce more scenarios. Perhaps some day I will have time to learn how to create my own scenarios lol.

I want to get it as soon as possible, but right now I have very little work, actually almost no work at all since down here I'm basically laid off for I don't know how long.

I wasn't sure I wanted this route but combined with supporting Railworks America Website I decided to donate. This route is fantastic. Downloaded it just awhile ago and ran it with my Raildriver Hardware Controller I got for Christmas. Wow, what an experience. The RS1, route scenery and animation are awesome.

Thank you so much.
