Computer virus

Guys just got this computer back does anybody know how i can get this route back on my computer?

Download it again and reinstall it.

I Cant i had the Croptwall virus it took everything i had on here. i had to reinstall windows.

Yeah might have been easier if he just PM'd me in the first place since I am the one selling it for the site. My name is all over the receipts including my phone number. Actually had one person call me. What are you going to do on a small planet? Hate to paint it...
