Apparently unless I'm missing something no one has ever modeled these wood chip hoppers.

I believe VRC had modeled these and put them up for sale at some point, but we all know what happened to them.
Other than those yeah nobody else has ever modeled these.

Interestingly I accidentally came across this model a few months back and is included in a download pack for The Bay Line. Click through the preview pics and you should find it.

That model in that pack requires the shape and other files from the VRC pack, so there's really no way of getting that reskin to work.

A little oops by someone when they compiled this one, the shape file is in there. A little editing of the bin file can get it it to work which I suspect Buzz already did judging by the screen shot.

The model was payware so is that even allowed?

Unless something was said in the read-me about if that was supposed to be there, I'm not sure that it was intended to be included.

Since Jerry has completely abandoned his business and train sim I am invoking the public common use clause on copyright law and am going to offer this as a shared free model. The one that was listed on the page link had the GEO which I am using unchanged so if there is any beef it would be with them.
