BN ALCo C424
Posted: Wed Oct 19, 2022 7:57 pmBN had 7 of these things numbered 4240 through 4246 and were all ex SP&S. The GBW model would be pretty close to perfect for these although as previously mentioned elsewhere not the easiest to repaint.
The website I got this image from said "touchup paint" was applied in spots around the the bottom of the cab on the engineers side but I think you get the idea (without the touchup paint haha). Good photos of these things are apparently hard to come by because they had many more c425 cousins than these.
Like the BN sd40-2's, these road going ALCos did not have white stripes on the back, only the front hood.
