Repaint Request: BNSF Skins Based on Internationally Available Models

I think the reason for this suggestion is quite obvious. Every day, there is content posted on the Steam Workshop that cannot be played by users who do not live in the United States. The reason for this is because the content is only purchasable in the United States. When a scenario utilizing the BNSF SD75, Dash 9, SD40-2, GP38-2, or ES44AC (the last from Marias Pass), or from the SD70 V2 pack, GP9 pack, SW1500 pack, and Stevens Pass - not to mention the default stock from Cajon Pass that a lot of skins at Railserve rely on - it makes it a question of whether you'll spend more time editing a scenario rather than simply playing it. (To be honest, I also ask myself this question when 15 AP packs are required for a British scenario.) With that said, I'd love to see skins using examples like what I list below that international users would be able to acquire since it's clear that BNSF does not seem interested in expanding the license (and, if I can be selfish, they have blocked access to multiple CN liveries for me as well).

First, skins of the GP9 from Donner Pass. The GP9 Loco Pack has a huge list of skins from UP, BNSF, CN, Santa Fe, and more. These can all be used over the GP9 from Soldier Summit.

The GP38-2 is found in the N-Line from the 2020 route bundle. A BNSF repaint of this updated model would be fantastic.

Donner Pass includes an SW1500 Switcher, and might be a good home for some repaints from that pack.

The SD70 has many different models available internationally, so the appropriate one can be used for whatever reskin might apply (the V2 pack has two BNSF, a CN, and one from NS).

These are just four examples. Almost everything BNSF has a replacement version that can be skinned (and the one or two that don't, meh), so I wonder if this is something that someone wants to take on or has already been attempted? If it has been attempted, please point me to the files and I'll be curious to try them.
