Southern Pacific GE B36-7? (Or just more dash 7's)

Hi there! I wonder if anyone here would be able to repaint the B36-7 from the Norfolk Southern Big 7s pack into Southern Pacific Livery? I am aware that the SP B36-7's had a special light package, so it might be a challenge but can it be done?
