Railworks America

This is something I've been thinking about for a long time, a General Electric E60 locomotive. The forgotten piece of early Amtrak motive power on the Northeast Corridor. Has anyone tried making one, and if so, is there a place where I can find it?

As of now, nothing of the sort exists. It would be neat to have though.
