SEPTA Comet V Cars

This may be getting annoying, but instead of using Shoreliner cars for SEPTA single level cars, why not use the NJC Comet V cars? I understand the Cabcar wouldn't work out, but all I would want personally is some SEPTA Comet V cars. Just a request, not a demand.

So I’ve seen that you have been making quite a few requests, then when someone points something out, you get bummed out. Instead of getting bummed out and shutting everyone off, attempt repainting yourself. This car would be a great place to start. Or any car for that matter. It wouldn’t hurt to get out of your comfort zone and learn a new skill. Just give it a try.

Well if you look under the Learning Center tab on the home page, there is a series of tutorials that take you step by step on how to repaint. Or you can poke around on the forums for other tutorials available. Nitsujy12345 had a great video available, but it appears to be gone.

There are hundreds of posts about this and painting subjects. I suggest you try a little personal effort to search and read this stuff instead of expecting people to lead you through each and every step of your learning journey. Are you completely helpless?

I've tried finding links for rsbintools, nothing showed up that was legit, tried finding RWTools, same thing. Without those, I'm stuck. I've found plenty of videos going through the repaint process, but without the two tools I need, I can't go any further.
